Refund policy

NON EU COUNTRIES: Cervantes Rave Co. does not offer refunds. If something does not fit right or arrived damaged please reach out to me via email at cervantesraveco@gmail.com and send me pictures of the problem. I will work with you to correct the issue to the best of my abilities. Cervantes Rave Co. is not liable for packages after dropped off at the post office and during transit. 

EU COUNTRIES ONLY: Per EU rules there is a 14 day return window allowed on non custom pieces. Buyer pays return shipping. Cancellations allowed up until fulfillment of order. APPLIES TO EU COUNTRIES ONLY PER NEW RULES
